N° 7028 STUBAI Oval-chisel, skew
Our oval skew chisels are a logical improvement of the skew chisels. We have been producing our HSS oval skew chisels for years. Due to their perfect shape they have in the meantime become an indispensable tool for woodturners. A HSS oval skew chisel has a number of advantages over the standard square chisel: – Because of its oval shape the tool is automatically in the correct cutting position and is therefore safer to use. – The oval form enables the tool to glide effortlessly along the tool rest without fear of the edges dragging on the rest. – The oval form permits fine work on all round shapes. – Beginners particularly will find it easy to achieve clean cuts with this tool.
