9070 Leash hand strap, black
Leash for ice axe and for tree maintenance tools. Can be attached to the top or bottom of the tool. Can be used with or without carabiner. Can also be used as a fall arrest for clamping wedge removers or other tools. Arm with elastic and rope with opening bar for easy opening of icy or dirty ropes even with gloves. Not to be used as a belay point. No PPE.
